🔁 Replacement Policy – Against All Odds®

All items* purchased from Against All Odds® are eligible for free replacement if the wrong item, wrong size, or a defective product is received due to an error on our side.

📦 How the Replacement Process Works:

Once you’ve submitted the form, we’ll dispatch your replacement parcel, which will include:

  • Your correct/new item

  • A Return CN Slip (for the incorrect/faulty item you’re sending back)

  • An empty flyer to pack the returning item


🚚 What You Need to Do:

When the new parcel arrives:

  1. Take out your correct item

  2. Place the wrong/faulty item in the empty flyer

  3. Seal it properly and paste the Return CN Slip

  4. Hand the packed item over to the same rider who delivered your replacement

👉 No need to visit any courier office!


💰 Replacement Fee:

No replacement fee applies. All costs are fully covered by Against All Odds® when the error is on our side.


⏳ Replacement Timeline:

We process replacements once a week, and your corrected item is usually delivered within 5–7 working days.
Please note that replacements are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock:

  • You’ll be asked to choose an alternative, or

  • Wait for the restock (if expected within 7–10 days)

If it takes longer, we’ll inform you and request a replacement choice.


❗ Replacement Eligibility:

You can request a replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item (different product, size, or color than ordered)

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The mistake happened during our processing or dispatch

All such cases must be reported within 3 days of delivery by filling out the form.


⚠️ What We Don’t Accept:

  • Replacement requests made after 3 days

  • Issues caused by customer error (wrong size ordered, wrong address, etc.)

  • Items that have been used, altered, or tampered with

All items* purchased from Against All Odds® are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery under the conditions outlined below.

📦 How the Exchange Process Works:

Once you’ve submitted the form, we’ll dispatch your replacement parcel, which will include:

  1. Your new item

  2. A Return CN Slip (for the item you’re sending back)

  3. An empty flyer to pack the returning item

A flat PKR 550 (payable via Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer)

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery

  • The item received is different from what was originally ordered

  • Exchange requests made after 7 days

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items that have been altered or tampered with

  • Size issues caused by customer error

  • Items bought on sale (if marked non-exchangeable)

Against All Odds® does not offer refunds or cash returns. All eligible cases are handled via exchange only
